Guy from Ipanema

It actually would be the guy from Sao Conrado, but that doesn't quite have the same ring to it. Either way, I successfully returned from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Thursday after two over-night flights, seven airport security screening zones (including customs), seven days of meetings, one bout of food poisoning, three runs on Sao Conrado beach, one beach soccer game, and one giant Jesus. I'll try to get some notes from the trip posted later and I have a picture gallery for my friends and family that request it. But for now, I'm home, I'm alive, I'm healthy, I'm re-aclimated, and I'm back to running on surfaces other than white beach sand.
