House work

Measuring space and drawing up plans- 1 hour
4' by 8' sheet of plywood - $18
12 cuts to said plywood - $4
1 tube of silicone - $3.89
Installation and application - 2 hours
Having a linen closet and pantry that actually has shelf space and a bathroom that doesn't leak - PRICELESS

Just another weekend project for the apartment that I'm RENTING. Thanks to all the "licensed" contractors and cheap apartment management companies in the DC metro area that remind me daily why people pay $500,000+ for a two bedroom, one level fixer-upper house with a 3 hour commute instead of renting an apartment near work.
